Andrea Brown, alto, is originally from Oakland City, Indiana and is a graduate of the University of Evansville where she received a bachelor’s degree in vocal music education. She spent a semester at Harlaxton College in Grantham, England and a summer in Rome, Italy performing in the Operafestival di Roma while attending college. Andrea is in her 12th year as a sixth grade Choir Director in Aldine ISD. Besides teaching, she has sung with numerous church choirs, the Houston Chorale, and also had the privilege to spend two years traveling and recording with Moses Hogan and the Moses Hogan Singers. She is the Youth Choir director and member of First Methodist Church downtown. Andrea has sung with the Houston Chamber Choir since 2008.
