Kammi Estelle, alto, earned her Bachelor of Music in Music Education from Stephen F. Austin State University and remained there for her Master’s work in Vocal Performance. Kammi is the Head Choral Director at Kahla Middle School in Houston’s Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District. Under her direction, the choirs at Kahla have brought home consistent Sweepstakes, Superior Rating, and Outstanding Overall Performance trophies at many competitions and festivals. Besides being a choral director, Kammi has performed all over the world, both in a choral setting and as a soloist. Kammi is an alto staff singer in the Christ Church Cathedral Choir, also under the direction of Robert Simpson, and has been singing with the Houston Chamber Choir since 2005.
