 Jennifer Gallagher

Jennifer Gallagher, alto, is the head choir director at Nolan Ryan Junior High in the Alvin Independent School District. A summa cum laude graduate of the University of Houston, Jennifer was the recipient of a Moores School of Music Scholarship, a Terry Foundation Scholarship, and a Texas Music Educators Scholarship. She has sung with the Moores School Concert Chorale, the Houston Symphony Chorus, Mercury Baroque, and Da Camera of Houston. Jennifer currently serves as the Vice-Chair Coordinator for the junior high vocal division of Region XVII. Choirs under her direction have received consistent Sweepstakes ratings at UIL Concert and Sight Reading Contest, and her varsity treble choir has been selected to perform at a Bay Area Chorus Invitational Concert in November. Jennifer has sung with the Houston Chamber Choir since 2006.
