Danielle Laird earned her Bachelor of Music Education from Florida State University, where she performed both as a choral singer and a soloist. She was a member of the University Singers Chorale under Andre Thomas and Kevin Fenton, and also sang with the early music ensemble Cantores Musica Antiquae. Recently, Danielle has sung with Cantare Houston, under Kevin Riehle. She is currently in her fourth year of teaching, and is assistant choir director at Jersey Village High School, in Houston’s Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School Dis-trict. This is Danielle’s second season in the Houston Chamber Choir.
