Lynelle Elaine Rowley earned her Master of Music in Vocal Performance from the Moores School of Music at the University of Houston. She completed her undergraduate studies in music at the University of Northern Iowa. She has appeared as Rosalinda in Die Fledermaus, Helena in Britten’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Lucy in Robert Nelson’s A Room with a View. Lynelle was awarded first prize in the 2006 Houston Tuesday Musical Club’s Ruth Burr Awards Competition. Previous first place honors include the NATS Iowa District Competition. This is Lynelle’s third season in the Houston Chamber Choir.
