HOW DO I ACCESS THE LIVESTREAM?

When you ordered your tickets you received a confirmation email that included a direct link to the livestream event. If you cannot locate this email please call 713-224-5566 or email info@houstonchamberchoir.org


WHAT IF I HAVE TECHNICAL ISSUES DURING THE LIVESTREAM AND GET KICKED OUT?

If your connection is interrupted, you can still go back and click the ticket again to rejoin the stream.


WHAT BROWSERS ARE SUPPORTED FOR THE LIVESTREAM?

The following browsers are officially supported:

  • Chrome for Android 34+

  • Chrome for Desktop 34+

  • Firefox for Android 41+

  • Firefox for Desktop 42+

  • Edge for Windows 10+

  • Safari for Mac 8+ (beta)

Other modern browsers will likely work, but are not guaranteed.


ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON AUDIO AND VIDEO QUALITY?

The platform can handle all resolutions up to 1080p HD. Your experience will be determined largely by your internet connection. The platform automatically provides optimized versions of the content for different devices and connection speeds, in real time.


CAN I SHARE MY LIVESTREAM LINK WITH SOMEONE ELSE OUTSIDE OF MY HOUSEHOLD?

No. You will only be able to view one screen at a time per livestream ticket purchased.


HOW LONG WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO THE LIVESTREAM?

For the live event access begins 15 minutes before the start of the concert. On the Monday following the concert, the recording will be available to view for 7 days. Just click the link you received in the original email to view the recording!
