Austin dean

A native of Houston, Austin is excited to begin his second season with the Houston Chamber Choir. He has performed professionally throughout the Houston area for many years as both a chorister and soloist, appearing with a variety of ensembles, including Mercury, Ars Lyrica, Houston Grand Opera, and the Houston Symphony. Austin holds a Bachelor of Music Education from the Moores School of Music at the University of Houston. He is deeply committed to fostering artistic excellence through both performance and education as the Director of Choirs at Klein Cain High School, a nationally recognized program he founded in 2017.
